Crosslow’s Summer Wish ListPOM
We have been chatting to the gorgeous Crosslow girls on how they have been using their love of fabulous clothes and fashion to bring some fun and joy into the new everyday norm. If you haven’t already, check out Crosslow’s stunning bag and accessory range which is all beautifully handcrafted, versatile and affordable. The founders of Crosslow, Lara and Theresa, sure have an eye for pulling together an awesome outfit, complete with the perfect accessories of course, while incorporating their love of vibrant colour and prints. So it is a match made in heaven! POM London’s new summer collection mixed with Crosslow’s stunning accessories.
Here is Crosslow’s Summer Wish List…
We never ever need an excuse to don a pretty dress – and the summer months provide the perfect weather and mood for round the clock, fuss-free frock choices. We’ve been sticking to this mantra for the past 7 weeks and ‘dressing up in the lockdown’ has become our daily dopamine.
POM London has consistently curated the best collection of dresses across the colour spectrum, with labels that fit all body shapes!
We love colour – the brighter and bolder the better, and the recent addition of Stardust official ticks all those colourful boxes.
Between us, we own a rainbow of Stardust dresses, but the brand continues to grow and develop, and their creativity never ceases to delight us….I have my eye on a full length coral Flamenco dress, teaming with images of magical birds, lotus flowers and heart motifs, under lock and key…if ever there was a more whimsical dress to wear at home to take your mind off the housework, this is it!
Other additions to the Crosslow wish list are:
Pink city prints Marianne dress – easy to throw on, but super eye catching: this brand produces beautiful cotton dresses perfect for balmy nights.
Jessica Russel Flint silk dress in cornflower (currently in the sale) – understated and luxurious, I would even consider wearing this to bed!
Maison Anje – Isidor Bahia dress for it’s gorgeous soft colours and beautiful floral print. This dress takes me straight to the south of France with it’s simple, feminine style.
It wouldn’t be a lockdown wardrobe without a rainbow or two, and we love the Sundress, shoestring Carey Cancun. A dreamy pastel rainbow dress, paired with a Pom London Filuca cardigan in rose, for a double rainbow!
And finally, we have always been huge fans of leopard and animal print, and channeling the binge-worthy Tiger King, Katie has always had a varied range – whether it’s Air and Grace cheetah trainers, fabulous animal print hairbands, or a neon pink mercy delta skirt in with leopard stars, there’s always a good choice of big cat to rival Carole’s wardrobe….oh and I’m sure the ever creative Katie could fashion a floral hairband – perhaps we could ask her to do an online tutorial?
A big thank you to the wonderful Lara & Theresa for their insight and for inspiring us with their summer wardrobes. We can’t wait to give you both a big hug when we are released from our lockdown bubble.
