Returns

We understand that not everything can be perfect so if you’re not completely satisfied with your new online purchase(s) you have 14 working days, from receiving your order, to return it to us for an exchange or refund.  Customer satisfaction is always our top priority therefore we manage each individual query to the very best of our ability.

We will offer a refund or exchange for all items returned in the new condition as supplied with their original packaging and garment tags still attached.  We cannot accept any items with signs of wear or damage.  Any items with such indications will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty

Underwear & Swimwear is non-returnable unless faulty

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will only be refunded if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Returns Process

  • Ensure you are returning within the 14 days
  • Package the unwanted item(s) back into their original packaging or something suitable which will completely protect the item(s) that are being returned
  • Complete the returns form included with your order
  • Return it back to us via your local Post Office. We do recommend using a trackable service so you have proof of postage.  We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit
  • You will receive an email from us to confirm once we receive the item(s) and the refund/exchange has been processed
  • All refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show in your account
  • POM London is not responsible for returns costs

RETURN ORDER IN STORE

You can always pop into our store and drop off any items you wish to return.  We will give you a proof of receipt and your order will be processed for a refund.  Please see our returns policy for all terms and conditions.

  • Ensure you are returning within the 14 days
  • Receive a proof of return from a member of staff in store
  • All refunds are returned to the original payment method and can take up to 5 working days to show in your account

Alternatively if there is something else you would like in store we are happy to offer you an exchange.


FAULTY ITEMS

If there is a problem with an item we will try our best to help!

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.  Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If the item can be repaired we are able to offer to do this on your behalf where possible.

LATE RETURNS

You have 14 working days, from receiving your order, to return it to us for an exchange or refund.  Unfortunately we cannot accept orders returned outside of this time frame.

IN STORE PURCHASES

Any items purchased IN STORE may be returned within a period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for an exchange or credit note.  We cannot accept returns after this period.

All products returned MUST be in the new condition as supplied with their original packaging and garment tags still attached.  We cannot accept any items with signs of wear or damage.

Items purchased IN STORE during the sale period are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
