A Weekend In Marrakech

Planning a weekend getaway to Marrakech and wondering what to pack? Here is a little bit of inspo including a few things I loved wearing over my weekend getaway! Marrakech is a vibrant city known for its rich culture, stunning architecture, and bustling markets. To make the most of your trip, it's essential to pack the right outfits that are not only stylish but also appropriate for the local customs and weather.

Sofie Schnoor Gold Sandals £95.00 / Ceannis Crochet Bag £70.00 / Flabelus Shoes £124.00 / Damson Madder Trousers £65.00

Opt for lightweight and breathable fabrics such as cotton and linen to stay cool and comfortable. Loose-fitting clothing is also a good choice to help you stay cool while exploring the city. A maxi dress or a flowy skirt paired with a pretty top is a great option as well as a pair of easy breezy trousers.  I have a bit of a thing for striped cotton bottoms at the moment and we have some great options in the shop right now!

Comfortable footwear is a must when exploring Marrakech's narrow streets and bustling markets. I took sandals and of course my faithful Adidas Gazelles that you can walk in for hours.
Don't forget a nice big basket to carry all your souk treasures.  A scarf or shawl can also come in handy to cover your shoulders when visiting some places too and for evenings on roof tops in the city.

* L'Mida The most delicious food.  Again situated in the middle of the medina

* L'Jardin Great mint tea stop off point or a chilled lunch

* Les Jardins du Lotus A fab & glitzy night out! Perfect picture spot! You need to book through Instagram

* Sahbi Sahbi The most incredible authentic Moroccan food and run by women.  A must for supper
